The Brief

Vitamins and supplements brand Solgar were going through a rebrand and required a new CRM strategy which included an email design system and a customer onboarding journey. The EDS had to be adaptive for their various markets and work for right-to-left languages. The new onboarding campaign needed to align with Solgar’s premium brand look and feel and reflect their message and stand out in their audience’s inboxes.

Modular components perform seamlessly in both light and dark mode and are optimised across a wide range of screen sizes and devices. The final onboarding journey was delivered through a series of editorial-led emails that showcased the flexibility of the EDS while making Solgar’s premium, science-informed messaging clear and accessible. Strong hierarchy and considered calls to action guide the user experience, while ensuring consistency with Solgar’s brand positioning across its wider digital ecosystem.
